Compass Consulting Surveyors were engaged to provide Surveying Services for the construction of the four-level mixed use development comprising of 4 office premises, 22 serviced apartments and an underground parking area. The project involved the following:
- Cadastral boundary definition and site control establishment
- Setout for earthworks and sewer/stormwater construction
- Setout gridlines and RL’s.
- Pre & post pour checks on each level
- As-Built Survey for On-Site Detention
- Final Identification Survey and Report for Occupation Certificate
