Compass Consulting Surveyors were engaged to undertake a three-lot subdivision of 630 hectares land zoned RU1 Primary Production at Paytens Bridge.

CCS prepared the existing/proposed site plans and Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany the Development Application to Forbes Council and liased with Council to obtain the Subdivision Certificate.

The subdivision plan involved redefining boundaries from the Original Crown plans and TSR plans dating back to the late 1890’s.
